Use a fork, toothpick or unfolded paper clip to gently pull it out of the lid.

Carefully remove the O-Rings from your lid.

Soak them overnight in warm water and white vinegar.

Thoroughly rinse them and makes sure they are completely dry before re-inserting them into your lid.
